Ana Verdun London is a fine jewellery brand founded in 2007 by designer and goldsmith Ana Verdun. Question 2

The studio and atelier are at The Barley Mow Centre, 10 Barley Mow Passage, Chiswick, London W4 4PH. Open Monday to Friday, 10:30am–5:00pm. Visitors are asked to call 30 minutes before arrival on 020 8995 4722.

Question 3

How does Ana Verdun London's bespoke jewellery service work?

Accepted Answer

The bespoke process begins with a consultation — either in the Chiswick studio or remotely by phone, WhatsApp, or video call. Ana works closely with each client to develop a design based on their ideas or personal narrative. A 50% deposit is required to begin, and most bespoke pieces take approximately 6 weeks to complete. The minimum commission value is £2,000.

Question 4

Can Ana Verdun London remodel or redesign old jewellery?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Jewellery remodelling is a core service. Ana can transform inherited or unworn pieces — using existing stones, gold, or both — into new designs. Clients can visit the studio in Chiswick with their pieces, or arrange a remote consultation followed by secure postage. All client jewellery is covered by insurance while in the studio's possession.

Question 5

How long does a bespoke jewellery commission take?

Accepted Answer

Customised pieces based on existing designs typically take 4–6 weeks. Fully bespoke commissions usually take around 6 weeks from design approval to completion.

Accepted Answer

The minimum for a bespoke commission is £2,000, reflecting the design time and craftsmanship involved.

Question 7

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ana Verdun London actively encourages clients to incorporate their own gold, silver, or gemstones into bespoke and remodelled pieces. This is especially popular for family heirlooms and inherited jewellery.

Question 8

Can I commission a piece remotely if I'm not in London?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Ana Verdun London works with clients across the UK and internationally via phone, WhatsApp, and Zoom consultations. After an initial video call, clients can post their existing jewellery or stones securely to the studio.
