We hope you will be in love with your Ana Verdun London Jewellery, but if for any reason you decide to return your order we are happy to provide a refund, credit-note or exchange.
All refunds and exchanges must be returned unworn, and in its original packaging. It is also subject to you e-mailing us within 14 days of receiving your goods.
We cannot exchange or refund items that have been worn and don’t have their original packaging or show damaged in any way. If this is the case, the goods will be returned to the buyer and it will incur postage charges if applicable.

We're pretty fussy about making our jewellery to a super high standard, but if something does slip through and you receive a faulty or damaged piece, please just give us a call on +44 (0)20 8995 4722 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll fix the problem as quickly as possible. Once we've received the item back and we can clearly see the problem, we'll happily send you a replacement.
It's really helpful if you can give us the correct ring size when placing your order. If you have ordered an incorrect size we are able to re-size your ring, but this will be subject to a charge. Please bear in mind that re-sizing rings with gemstones is much trickier so the charge is higher than for plain rings.

All sales are final for any items purchased on sale or at a discounted rate and no exchanges or refunds will be made on these items.
If you have received an item as a gift and wish to return it, we will happily provide a credit note for the original purchase price. This can be used on our website to purchase a different item of the same or greater value. Please note that the general returns and cancellation terms explained above still apply to all gift returns.
If a customs declaration form is required, please ensure the package is clearly marked 'Returned Item'. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred. In the event that an item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this may be passed onto the customer. This may also delay the returns process. If you are at all uncertain about how to correctly fill in the customs form, then please speak with the relevant customs or postal service before returning the item.

Please note that orders can only be cancelled if they have not already been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it, so we request that you follow our return instructions upon receipt. Providing that you have called or emailed us when returning your item, this should be made within 7 days of receipt. Postage costs are not refundable.

Ana Verdun London does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These are the customer’s responsibility. Therefore we strongly recommend using a secure and tracked service to return the goods to Ana Verdun London.
In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.
